Announcing the Kindred Spirits Book Club

My good friend Farrah and I have been talking about starting a book club for months. We are finally doing it, and wanted to share our January read for any who would like to join in!

For this month, we will be reading Parable of the Sower by Octavia E. Butler, published in 1953.

At this point, the easiest way to commune is through a Discord server, so I have created one that can be joined from this link for book discourse. Since we are getting a bit of a late start, we’ll keep the discussion pretty lose and informal for now and plan to have another title selected in the last week of each month.
